i wanna take everything out of my engine bay that is not needed and wont turn on my check engine light or wont cause that big of a problem. can u guys help me out please thanks!

cruise control also. And CARBON FIBER parts on the front end alway help weight reduction.
Ac and all that... get rid of your power windows and all your power parts. get a replacement winshield and windows ( i think i saw somesomwhere....) smaller radiator no more winshiled washer fluid bottle carbon fiber hood and other goodies. keep interior or u can get rid of it and put in new seats... or.. u can just take out the passenger seat
A/C = -33lbs complete
C/F hood = -16lbs
DC SS header = -15lbs
Hawker Genesis battery = -13lbs
ACT ProLite flywheel = -9.5lbs
Intake resonators = -7lbs
Cruise control = -4.5lbs
Intake manifold support bracket = -2.5lbs
Metal panels in glovebox door = -2lbs
I still have my ABS and P/S.

so if i were to take of the evaporator thing no check engine light would turn on....would it affect anything???
No, but you'll have to get your A/C professionally discharged to avoid harming the environment (and your own health) before doing it.
