Mods: Injen Intake, JDM Header, OBX Pulleys, 2.25 Exhaust, Magnaflow DTM, In the process of milled, port and polished head, Sittin on 17" Motegi FF6's, Ventus Racing Tires. Mods on the Teg include Tenzo R Intake, Maxspeed Muffler, Type R camshaft

GSR Owners

Iam thinkin about buyin a GSR this spring for my second car and was wondering if there is any certain year that you guys would recommend. I am lookin between the years 1994-1998. Open for suggestions

Get the lowest milage one with the best price and the least amount of mods already done to it. Unless you can successfully find a stock GSR, like I lucked out and found, with low miles.

I would try and get a 98 because it has the updated body style. As far as I know, 94-01 are all about the same.

that is pretty an obvious question to answer..

95 gsr is known to be the fastest out of all GSR model.

98+ have better front bumper looks and all red tail-lights while 94-97 have orange amber tail-light and different front bumper ..

Differnet OBD1 and OBD2 ecu

It's all in the preference.. this questions has been ask alot of times.

yea definantly try to find a virgin gsr with low miles... hard to find but it does happen... found mine in april totally stock... good luck and hope you find a nice one

the hardest part within ur location is to find one of those with a damn good price!!

i got mine for 6,000 that has 59,000 on the all-stock 1996 GSR sedan.. very rare find within my location.

I highly recomend the GSR, I love mine. It's fast and stylish. Just get one no one else has f*d with. It may take awhile, took me 3 months.

iv read/heard that the 95 is the fastest one as well....something about the last year of the obd I? the difference is prolly so small its not even worth talking about...but hey i have a 95 so im gonna stick with this story of it being the fastest
