And you would better benefit from something that you can adjust. So if you can't afford the adjustable type right now then you could use your stock shocks till they are toast then get some decent adjustable shocks like Koni yellows,,, which is what I'd suggest.
But, then again, I'd also suggest the Eibach prokit for springs. Not that the H&R's aren't also decent, just that the Eibach/Koni setup is very well matched.
The springs should have what their spring rates are on the box. If not, go to their website and match up the stock numbers and then figure out what shocks complement them. Blistien and Koni.
Does anyone have Koni Red shocks? i want to know how they are adjustable? like can i do it myslef, can it be done while its on or does it have to be off, how do i adjest them while they are on?

i'm wondering the same thing. i know the prokits drop about 1.3", but if the koni's lowest perch drops about an inch, do those add to 2.3"? if so, will i need a camber kit?

You can get a H&R cup kit off groupbuycenter for around 600. Cup kits are pretty much Koni yellow's with H&R sport springs. But since you already got springs, you should just get KYB AGX shocks they are about the same price as non-adjustable shocks.
