Exclamation Help No a/c or heat blowing out vents

This problem started last week in my 94 integra while i was driving with the a/c on full blast it just cut out and would not turn back on, a few hours later it turned back on. The past few days i can turn it up to 4 and nothing comes out any vents. When i turn the a/c the fan kicks on so that is working. I checked the fuse by the kick panel and thats fine. Also checked any fuses under the hood related to the air they are good too. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated i cant stand driving with no a/c in this 95 degree weather.

Thanks

the a/c fan under the hood comes on. does the blower fan that is under the dash come on? if you can't here it then that is what is broke or its connection is bad.

I took out the blower motor while it was turned on 1 and as soon as i flipped it upside down the fan started working then i flipped it back over and it stutters a little. I think i have a bad connection or something its getting a little power but not all of it. Tomorrow i am going to swap batteries with my other teg and see if thats the problem then i will switch the blower motors too and see if mine is bad or if i have a bad connection some where.
