Help please with 02 signal wire, trying to install air/fuel gauge!

I need some help from anyone who knows which wire I need to tap into on the 02 sensor to get my air/fuel gauge working. I have a 99 GSR it has 2 black, one white and one green wire. Which one is my signal wire? And if any of you guys could tell me what your 12v power wire is ran to would be great. I've got an autometer air/fuel ratio gauge that has three wires one for signal, on for 12v (that they say needs to be run to a 5amp fused wire that cuts on and off with the ignition), and one black for ground. Thanks!

The 12V wire should just hook up to one of those empty slots above the fuse box. I wish I had pictures, but I don't. I'll try to see if I can find some.
