so i am gonna boost thats for sure and the first thing im gonna buy is the ecu, and after some research i definately want a ecu where i can run 5 psi low and 13, 15 hi with a boost controller and a stand alone system but does anyone recommend the hondata s200 ecu chipped for their car? i know its easy for a tuner to tune just let me know how it went for any of who, who have had it thanks
i dont have a tuner, do they usually help you without like having something tuned or paying for somehting, do i just go in there and start talkin to him/her and get to know how they tune

Yep, pretty much, or send them an email.
A good resource is a local auto forum; do you have any auto forums for your area? This helps to find the tuner(s) that are popular and have a good rep. Otherwise you just need to find a dyno shop that does imports and have a chat with them. Tell them your plans, and ask what tuning programs they are able to work with.
The majority of tuners don't actually work at the dyno shop. They get to know the dyno operators, and set up deals to bring in customers and tune the cars at the dyno. Usually these guys work with simple programs like Crome/Uberdata that just require chip burning and nothing to purchase on your end other than an OBD1 ECU if you don't already have.
Anywho, just look up some dyno shops and inquire about who tunes in the area, do they tune themselves, and what programs they use to tune, and what programs they are capable of working with.
