Clutchs have a 500 mile break in period. Im sure going 90 isnt part of the break-in period. I blew my tranny at a stop sign so it might just have been iits time but more than likley something wasnt installed right or you were too hard on it.

at that speed any thing that would have went could have caused it to blow.when you get a brand new car they tell you not to go over 65 for the first 3,000 miles.i blew an act racing clutch in my old 95 infinity g20t because i didnt brake it in right..i say odds are bolts to the flywheel/clutch wernt torqued down to spec

yep. break in period is VERY important for a new clutch.. you gotta go very easy for the first 500-1000 miles; and yeah, having everything torqued to spec would be the thing to do.
