How Hard to Install Fender?

I need to replace the driver's side fender on my 97. How hard is this to do? I'm going to have it prepainted so that's no big deal at all.

maybe the car was hit, and thats why he needs to replace the fender.... in this case other things might have shifted in the accident.... that would be one reason it might not line up
