How low can you go? (Front)

How low can you go in the front with 16s without scraping and being able to turn... If I slam the front Would I have to roll the fenders so I can turn?

well im exetremely with my car. i dont have 16's i have 15's
and we r having a flash floor warning. and i ran n2 some water and my lip came right off my car. so i have half a bumper right now. but my bro works at a body shop so its not as big as a deal i guess. but im low 2 the ground ill show u

i was actually talkin about lowering not the front end... How many inches can you drop the front.. I want the wheel to kinda tuck under the wheel well but I want to be able to turn... Would I need to modify the fender?
