Mods: All stock, for now. Hooked up the stereo though.
If it was SUPER SUPER clean, i wouldnt pay a cent over $5500.
From the sounds of it, having an original timing belt doesnt say much for the maintenence of the vehicle. It should have been done 21k miles ago. Use that to your advantage to lower the price, but dont pay any more than $4200.
Integra Arsenal:

Start with KBB value and go south from there. Use the bads/cons of the car to lower price. Espicially timing belt and lack of service records. Then point out the rust as its not really in great condition, but rather average or even below. Do normal inspection and see if you can find anything else.
I use KBB because usually thats what banks, dealers, etc go with for pricing a vehicle when applying for a loan. Don't know how you are planning to do the transaction, but thats how I use KBB values.

i prefer a car that has the original clutch or timing belt. major things that need to be done should be done by me only. i don't trust other technicians jobs unless i know them, heh.
he's done all the maintanence on the car, just not the big jobs.
i can't go see the car since it's 260 miles away. but the auction just went over 4k. i was hoping to pay $3k. oh well
