i recently purchased my 95 ls teg about a month ago. when i first turned up the air full blast chunks of leaves were blowing in my eyes. later i noticed on both the driver n pasanger doors that there were massive amounts of leaves and dirt crammed into the corners. the only way i can really get them out isto go under the car and unscrew that side pannel and maybe flush them out. but i still have no idea how they got there and y their in my air vents. also... i know that they were there b4 i bought the car but i dont know if my car is stilll sucking up leaves from my driveway sum how still????? help does anyone else have this prob????

Never has happened to me but that sounds whack. This is just a theory so don't quote me on it but maybe your car was in a flood or something where leaves got into a whole bunch of stuff? Again, I have no idea but am just guessing.....get a carfax ran on your car.

yes, it sounds like a flood recovery car. take a look under the dash. is there a film of dirt all over everything? look behind some of the panels in the back also. If you bought the car from a dealer, you can really screw them for non disclosure. they are required by law to tell you that type of info on a sale. there were hundreds of thousands of cars that werre flood recovery after the 97-98 hurricanes and river floodings of the east coast. do a little research (carfax) and check your car out.

you sure you cant take a high powered leaf blower and blow em out. we have one that blows tha air at 110 mph and it knocks me off my feet, it would do tha trick

check out your cowel covers to see if they're in good condition. The car could have been parked under a tree and some leaf crap could have gotten past the bad cowel cover. I used to leak water through the second cover, and it is very possible for little flakes of leafs to get into the blower motor. Just take off a couple of screws on the outer cover and check out the inner cover. It's worth a try.
