Ive seen dropzone coils for $100? Anything good about that? Ive seen omnipower for 170 they seem like they are very good quality but im not sure? Any help? Thanks
yes these are very nice for the price. you get a good ass product and they feel really good on the car.. if i was you though, for 660 range, you can get their full setup coilovers.. with shocks, and everything ready to bolt up, what i would do ~ :P

I personally say save the money and do it right he first time buy Apex-I's, Teins, JIC's, Zeal just do it right the first time.
That's probably a lot of adjustability that he probably doesn't need - and also probably stiffer spring rates than he wants to use.
The Omnipowers are pretty unproven since they just recently came out, but from the little I have seen, they do look pretty nice, and for $170 I'm sure if you don't like them you can always sell them and lose maybe $50. I would recommend Ground Controls (I just got some a few weeks ago) very highly, they're in the $300 range but you probably won't want to replace them later! Do you really want coilover sleeves specifically? You can get Neuspeed or H&R springs shipped for like $150 these days.

i agree, not only is that abit much for his needs that he stated, but "doing it right" doesnt always mean wasting money on big name and opitons you dont need.
omnipower is new and still proving themself as a company, the products, deigner and way they are built have proved themself and been around for a long time. The amount of products and knowledge steve/omniman has brought to the scene is amazing. everythign from designing skunk2's full line up, winning 4 national titles with the same motor, not yearly new ones.. to even creating the first ls/vtec. there is so much more that. but once again.. you got to do the research yourself and go with you feel is best!

Neuspeed springs are nice and affordable, also eibach makes quality springs for less
I'm sure people are tired of hearing this, but I really don't like Eibach spring sets for Integras... the front spring rates are about double the rears... that just screams understeer. Neuspeed/H&Rs are much more balanced, and usually offer a more even drop. I'm not saying Eibach is a bad company at all - I'm running Eibach ERS springs that are used with Ground Controls - but their Pro-kit and Sportline kits are just not very good IMO - comfortable perhaps for daily driving, but when it comes to handling they just don't compare.

If you want coil overs, get the Ground Controls. I had some on a Prelude and really liked them.
That reminds me - I was just helping a friend with H&R coilovers on his WRX... the thread pitch is super-tiny so it takes like 16 full turns to adjust up or down one inch, and there are two locking perches, each needing a tool in order to turn. Just minutes before I had adjusted the height on my Ground Controls - so much easier! One allen key, one perch that you can very easily turn by hand, big aluminum threads. Couldn't be any easier, it takes me 10 minutes to adjust four corners, and half that time is just raising and lowering the car. No squeaks or anything - Ground Controls are just simple and effective, and race-proven as well.

My brother has dropzone on his car and they ride fine within the city, but once you hit highway or any rather large bumps the car feels like its floating kind of.
I have Tien SS's on my SE-R and i Love them, they are kinda pricey but to me they ride damn good and the adjustability is a great option. YOu might not need them but I found it help that they come with the shocks in them or struts in my case.

True he probably doesn't need all the adjustability but some of us would just simply like to have that level of adjustability for auto-x or track days etc.
