IDLE=BAD...HELP!

Ok heres the deal, my tps went bad from the beginning so i had a very jumpy idle. I went to a local salvage yard and took an old tps sensor off of a 1990 integra bseries engine. I took off my TB and installed the new one on with screws. I reset the ecu, put back all the plugs and hoses. WHen i turned on my car, it starts out at 3k rpm idle! BUt it gradually goes down to 1500k...still too high =\. So wut i did after this was i took the old TB from the 1990 teg engine and replaced the throttle screw to my gsr TB cuz the screw was kinda stripped. I tighted it all the way down and now when i turn on the car it idles at 3k all the time. Pissen me off. So really now i have no clue what to do =\. Wut i think might be the problem is that the voltage is different on the new TPS i put on. Could this be the problem...or could somethng else be problem on my TB or engine itself. Sorry if this is too much to read...im jus desperate rite now. =\

David

ya i checked all the hoses n stuff...umm my TB gasket is kinda crapped up, mite be that and i also messed around with the fast idle valve...that didnt do anything
so im guessin its the voltage settings on TPS.
