I'm worried, am I gonna pass SMOG?

I have i/h/e/cat/crower 403's/cam gears. I know I'll fail visual, but do most shops even care about visual? Numbers-wise, I don't know if I'll pass. The guy that dyno-tuned my car said I wouldn't, but then he tuned it and it isn't running as rich at idle anymore. But if I will or won't pass kind of dictates where I go next with my mods, so I really wanna know now if I'll pass. Like I could get a S-AFC, and make it really efficient all through the band, except I still won't pass visual. Can someone clarify...

And how hard is it to find a hook-up to pass me? Anyone know of one in the Bay Area or San Luis area? You can IM me at MagicAndy1. Much thanx if anyone hooks me up, it'd relieve a lot of my worries.

Replies MUCH appreciated since I'm kinda worried

what do u mean youll fail visuals? you do have a high flow cat.. right? i dont think you would fail.. just go get it tested.. from what ive heard.. honda engines are able to pass emmisions without a cat at all... i think they are mainly looking for oil leaks and things of that such.. if your soo worried just run 2 quarts of oil and keep the gas low... or go out and buy that "guaranteed to pass" bottle at the auto parts store.

Pass without a cat? No way, I got a test pipe and it is noticably illegal. It reeks for miles. The "LEV"s (Honda's Low Emmisions Vehicles) are what you are probably what you are thinking about. There is a difference between "high flow" and "test pipe". A high flow is usually still a catalytic convertor, while a test pipe or straight through pipe has no catalytic material. Do you know what type of "high flow" cat you have(many have 50-state legal certification)?
