injector sizing?

is there a basic trend you should stick to in regards to injector sizing?
like say i have an engine that is going to hit around 200-220hp, what size injector would i need? is there some kind of chart out there that relates hp to injector size, and possibly fuel pressure?
is it different for turbo applications?
the hole fuel tuning thing kinda gets me confused.
can anyone help me out.
thanks

for 200 to 220 Hp you can use prelude injectors (320cc compared to the 280cc stock) I think.....

All stock G3 Integra injectors are 240cc/min (incl. Type R, it cracks me up to see ITR injectors selling for a bunch more $$ than normal ones). H22A injectors are rated at 280cc/min but actually flow at about 290cc/min.

FastNSX is an unknown quantity at this point
Go to the RC Engineering site and they have formulas for injector sizing. www.rceng.com

Also, take into consideration what engine management you will use. If you are using the stock ECU, you might want to use a slightly smaller injector than indicated by the formula and a rising rate FMU. If you have good engine management, use a slightly larger injector. At the hp level you are asking about, I would assume you are using the stock ECU and possibly an injector controller. So, do not get injectors that are too large or you will idle rich and wash your rings.

Good luck with your project.

I'm not sure about most of your questions, I'm not a very qualified 'fuel guy', but that calculator thing that FastNSX provided is very nice. I have to say though that if you have an LS fuel pump, definitely upgrade that. Although the GS-R has the same injectors as the LS, the fuel pump flows something like 60% more, and the stock fuel pressure is around 30% higher as well.
