instructions in eibach sportline box?

hey all, i ordered my eibach sportline springs on saturday and was wondering if any of you other guys with sportlines got instructions in the box, and if they were any help to you during install. if not, imma find some suspension specs and removal instructions from a helms.

the only instructions i got was how much to cut the bumpstops.
