1. You cant use an ITR manifold on your GSR.
2. An aftermarket IM on an otherwise stock engine will cause you to lose power, not gain it.
3. You need to search. I know that I personally have answered this question several times before.
4. Next time, when you start a thread, we need more info on your setup- mods, goals, budget, etc. What purpose with the car serve, etc (drag, autox, rally, blah blah blah)
