integra lights

hi everyone i have a question in regards to HID lights ..... i have an integra GSR and i had the philips xenon hid kit . both head lights went out and i was unable to get them to work again. how do i know if its the bulbs or the ignitor ???? is there a place where i can get it checked out and tested at?
also i saw this the other day ... instead of the regular highbeams on the integra they do a yellow light coversion for the bulbs that way they drive with both high beams and low beams at the same time i wanted to know what kind of bulbs do they put and where to get them from i know they're like JDM style or something like that ... can some one please help me ??????

As for your lights out problem, I really don't know what to tell you. Look at the bulbs and see if they are still intact. Take a volt meter and see if everything is still getting power and go from there.
For the yellow high beam, I just got yellow bulbs for my HB. Some people cover the HB side with yellow film, but I don't like that look on my green car. A white or black car it may look better.

i drive with highs and lows, but my highs are DIY daytime running lights. when the highbeams are not engaged, they are just running on 50% power so they're not bright and produce a nice golden yellow light. they only run 100% if i switch on the actual high beams. the yellows are on constantly night and day unless i manually switch it off with a switch we installed. they look awesome with HIDs and i'll post up a picture asap.

i didn't do the film route 'cause i wanted my lenses to stay clear.. even though they're involuntarily turning yellow by themselves. i had my friend figure out how to make the highs run 50% constant 'cause i hate people that drive around with their yellow high beams on at full blast thinking they're super jdm.

btw the bulbs are nokya 9005 yellows. if you're in so.cal we can do the procedure for you and we'll work out the cost since we've only done it on my car and my buddy's eclipse. both look awesome btw

Mine are off unless I need extra light... the yellow HB drown the HID a little bit, but you can definitely see everything when they come on. I like the look of my HID's when I drive with them on (w/o HB), so clear.
