Integra Steering Column. Please Help
Hey guys I was hoping someone could help me with this. My friend just had her car broken into and from what she's told me her steering column is crooked or something. I'm supposed to take a look at it today but any help i can get in advance would be great since i haven't worked on a car in a long time and never had to do anything to the steering column before. if you guys could answer any of these questions i'd appreciate it.
-how much would it cost to get fixed at a garage?
-what's most likely the problem?
-how much will the new part cost?
-is it possible to do it myself or should i just tell her to go through her insurance?
-any tips, help on how this is done?
most of my experience with cars has been with lowering cars and just routine maintenance work. can i handle this? thanks in advance.
