Question Integra Trade... Should I???

ok i have a 94 Civic LX 4DR and i know im asking you guys so i figure you will be for the teggy BUT i didnt know if this trade would be a good idea. all i know right now is that this guy that doesnt know a lot about cars wants to trade me his 97 Acura Integra 2 DR for my Civic. should I? dont ask me which specific one it is either he didnt say. i just wanted to know if regardless of what kind it was is it better than my car?

Better meaning having more HP and a better engine than my car.

there are way too many variables for us to give you any advice man. what's the condition/ mileage of/ on the 2 vehicles? are they modified? body/ paint? c'mon man if you want us to try and help you've got to be WAY more specific.

alright he said its an LS with 116,xxx mi. im a little worried because a kid owned it before him and took the ac compressor out and did engine work. so until i know exactly what is happening with that then i dont think im going to be interested. it kind of worries me. im not too worried about the ac compressor though... my car doesnt have ac either...

That's an OBD2 B18B. That car looks like it's been sitting in that field for about 6 months after it has been rebuilt after a write-off crash. I would stay away from that thing. Suspension is probably blown, everything is rusty, disgusting on the inside. That's the kind of "resting" place really crappy repair shops put their cars after they rebuild them following and accident. Notice they haven't even finished repainting the car.

Meanwhile, you've got the cleanest 94 Civic I've ever seen.

haha alright thanks thats what i figured. and actually you should see my car close up. although NO rust and NO major issues but it does need new rear view mirrors and a new bumper because it sat outside of a burning house and the paint and plastic is bubbled... although the hood is untouched by this problem and the headlights look half new lol... i need to go to a junk yard...

That Integra looks beat to all hell. In general I don't like the idea of straight trades for cars, because in all likelihood the guy who wants to trade with you knows his car's problems and therefore wants to trade, while you have no idea what those problems are.
