ITR and CTR motors...

Okay people...

I'm doing some real research for a business about importing parts from the JDM.

Who is intersted in buying legit low mileage motors like the following:
B18C (GSR)
B18C (ITR motor)
B16B
B16A

If these motors were available for less than what you would pay at hmotors or anywhere else would you be intersted? Would you try to make it happen or would it not interest you?
Or... is there another Honda motor you're intersted in? Let me know.

I can't say too much right now, but this business is serious. The owner said to me yesterday, "Lets buy 10 motors today and sell them." Keep the responses rolling.

Anyone interested in a K20A?

im sure ppl are "interested" but it all comes down to who has the $$$ and who doesnt. could u list some prices or a ball park range of wut we would be looking at a drop on these motors. shit, id be down for a crvtec teg or a k20a, just depends on the price tag.

I don't have the prices. The guy I know that's in the import business has a contact in Japan that I've personally spoken with. The contact knows his stuff. I'll be doing more research soon to get ball park prices, and of course the H series can be brought over too... I just didn't think too many Teg owners were into the H series transplants.

I'm really digging the idea of getting a B16B, drop in a GSR or ITR crank, Eagle rods, forged pistons... and you've got yourself an undercover stroker motor! You could only 1 up that by having it resleeved and overbored to 85mm. How sweet would that be in a clean looking EG. A 2.0L B16B that runs low 12s for fun!

I was just thinking in general terms, but I cheaper option for a quality motor of any kind sounds great to me.

the SiR motor is the b16a motor, not the b18c1 (gsr) or c5(itr).

definately get some prices on those motors and see wut u can swing. if the price is right i bet u could get a group buy together and with enough ppl everyone could get a motor at a cheap price

You already have a perfectly good B18C1! Now I feel like my C1 isn't enough powa... Is a B20 block better than a C1 block bored to 2 liters?

A B20 is a 2.0 Liter LS motor.

Would any H series lovers be interested in the H22A from a Type S? 220hp.
