ITR suspension on integra LS/GSR

I just wanted to know the lowdown on people swapping integra type r suspension parts onto their non type r integras or even civics.

-What are the differences in the components?
-How much does it cost?
-Where can you get it?

PS there ARE other better suspensions available, just because it came from a Type-R doesn't mean that it's the BEST!

No, I could give a rats ass about 5 lugz. If I do get a civic or most likely and integra for my next car, I just want to know what I can do to enhance the handling.

I heard that the type r lower control arms are thicker. Obviously the sway bars are thicker too. Not to mention an lsd, what are the structural differences of the suspension arms and all that stuff.

BTW- I would want to go with coilovers like TEIN's or Tanabe sustec's anyhow.
