The 96 Integra Special Edition is basically a LS with leather seats.
The model gave way for the GS, which is a still a LS motor B18b.
The Special Edition is NOT a vtec motor.

yeah, it's great when people dont know what they are talkin about
yeah whoever said that the SE was a VTEC needs to get out..no i mean it get out.
naw dawg just messing w/ you.
anyway when i was living in CT i new this guy who said he had VTEC in his 4 door. but then i noticed it was automatic and that's when the i started waving my bull shit flag.
then he popped the hood. sure enough B18C stamped right on that block. turns out ole boy bought is shit in Canada. i guess the gauge cluster that reads only in KM should have gave it away.
Actually there is a Auto DOHC VTEC motor up in canada. Ive seen it for myself but I dunno what model of the integ is it from or whats it called in canada. Just pretty cool to see one.
Hey guys it's the USDM Del Sol VTEC, there was one offered with an auto tranny but it made 153 hp instead of 160 hp. That's the only B-series engine with vtec in auto form that I've ever heard of.
There were auto tranny B16A's in JDM tegs, 89-90 OBD-0 I believe. Many importers offer auto tranny B16A's, but not many people buy them because auto's are not too popular.
