and I think it looks 100% better than before. my car is garaged 85% of the time and i use rain-x so water isnt an issue. plus of the year that I've had the car, i've use the wiper once.
this is what it looks like but my car is white.

Originally posted by urbanracer98 looks sweet. where did you but the plug to do that ? i know they sell a kit, but i'm not sure where to get it.
ah, now theres the kicker. the plug is already on the car and in most cases not in use. if you pop your hood and look on the driver side of your battery, its there by itself. just pop it out and cover the hole with duct tape or go to your local acura dealer and buy another one for $2.
be sure that when you put the plug in the rear window that you put some black silicone around the edges of the plug to guarntee a water tight fit

Good job spotting the free plug!! I'm gonna swap my plug with that one now! I have had the end of a mtn. bike handlebar grip plugging the hole for months, it looks okay but thanks to you I'm gonna switch cuz yours looks better and it's free! Thanks!!!!!

Dammit, I pulled that engine bay plug out today only to find that the previous owner cut a crude hole in it to feed a wire for his sound system. Argh! Which reminds me, I need to take out all the wiring for the system since I'm never going to have one, all that Monster Cable being lugged around addin' weight! I feel bad undoing all that work though.

Quick note: I just took out all the cables for the last owner's subs, 4.5lbs of cable!!! I feel better now. Only took me a little while, like 30 minutes or so (had to take out seats, etc.).

But not i can't get the motor out. the stud is sticking up, but it seems like there is another bigger nut on that. does that have to come off too ? cuz i took out all the screws/bolts that hold the motor in and it still won't come out. help ?:
Yeah that one has to come off. I don't know how big it is (24mm? 1"?) but I just used an adjustable crescent wrench and got it off.

you an adjustable wrench, or if you dont use that you can go my way. I used a standard size socket to take it off. i cant remember what size it was though but just know you dont have to stick to metric on it
