If I two-step your A$$ then you know I'm serious!
i dont think i could trust myself with putting them in... i am too worried i would not do something right and fuck my car up... i kno that it isnt a hard job and the hardest part are the rear lca bolts but i think i might just leave it up to da profesionals

Do it yourself!! Theres nothing to it. Are you a member of team - integra. net?? Go to their Article, they have an article on installing coilovers. Read it over, its not that hard and nothing can go wrong if you just follow through.
Ya them rear lca bolts are a bitch if you break them but you have a newer year integra you shouldnt have any problems with them, just spray on some liguid wrench let it sit for a while and you should be good to go.
I hate those LCA bolts. Get some pneumatic tools... i.e. impact wrench. You'll jizz your pants and never look back. Makes the swap a major breeze. It can be done with hand tools, though. Be careful because it's not hard to break that bolt and sometimes the bolt will spin around in the bushing, not coming loose. Don't be afraid to do it yourself. It will take about 4-7 hours if you're using hand tools and haven't done something like this before. The front ones are mechanically more complicated but the bolts come loose much easier. While more complicated, they're not hard... just a couple more parts.
I've been riding on this setup since august, i love it so far. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an aggressive daily driver and weekend autox/track days. Here's some pics from when i did the install a few months ago...
and after.....

Mods:
Customized cold air intake
2.25 custom piping with thermal muffler
Eibach sportlines
Koni yellow shocks
Put them on yourself its especially easy especially if its a full coilover but be prepared to probably break some bolts because it usually happens. Its really easy though its alot easier than just putting springs on a car. You learn by doing, so get your hands dirty and its fun Looking forward to pics etc.

when i droped my 95' millena with EIBACH springs it was almost like hell , i needed a impact wrench for cap bolt, i had to take the shock out and bring to a shop to lose the cap bolt, but hey with cuts and bruses i loved the ride and felt better a 100% times better than stock :w00t
