Just purchased 90 integra gs

I just purchased a 1990 integra gs with 126000 on the clock. car runs great just was wondering why are the rpms so high at 65 mph it was at 3000 . is this normal. also the s3 light is flashing and my anti lock light is on. what does it mean when the s3 light is flashing? my plans are to lower and maybe some wheels . not to much because this is going to be my dd. My other car is a 04 gs300 with some mods . i will post some pics of the integra once my camera has some batteries in it but here are some pics of my gs

I'm pretty sure that's because it has a low gear ratio.

it is normal for a 90-93 gs to be running at 3000rpms at 65 because it has the tall gears i have one well i just blew it up but ya it is normal and you might want to check the break and abs fluid that could be making it come on and i have not hurd about the s3 light
