I cant seem to find where the leakage is coming from on my 91 LS. The hatch is leaking somewhere, but the molding is in awesome shape. I just lift up my carpet, even when it hasnt been driven, and theres water sitting there. My windsheild leaks terrential downpour, but thats because there IS no molding.

Any ideas where the water in my hatch is coming from?

Its definetly coming in the hatch. But i cant see how, the molding is fine.

check everything around there. maybe the gas area has a small hole that leaks. Maybe a hole somewhere else. Just look around very thouroghly.

Could I use a hose and slowly add water around the outside when its closed until a leak appears?

sorry i just glanced over where you said the hatch. you can do that. it may be somewhere where a screw or bolt is in the car and it leaks through that. did you take the the rest of the carpet up to make sure that its not flowing from somewhere else?

No, because my amp and subs are there. Ill have to take them out completely.

Wheres it at, and how can I check it?
