Yea he is right but there is one way to get around having a window tint in your two front windows and that is having some doctor write a note saying you have a reaction to sunlight and then your ok, but good luck getting that. I'm in Cali to and I have my front two with a light tint and the back ones with limo and I haven't been caught.
or you could just get limo all the way around and just roll down the fronts when a Po rolls by

actually that 15% tinted.. all around.. and its silver not blue.. the reason it looks blue is because the sky was light blue.. and it just reflected it.. it looks pretty sweet.. and i have been driving with it for about 2-3 months.. with no probs.. i just roll my front windows down when i see cops... its not as dark as you all think.. its just looks like it from the side..
