lets revisit: shortshifter

hi. which short shifter is for me? i heard the B&M one rattles, the neuspeed one is aight, but $150, and is Tuan recommended, and that the DC ones suck, and that the C's is not worth $300, and that the skunk 2 is the way to go. anybody like to put in there .02 cents?? i dunno if the B&M EDGE PRO one rattles like there regular one.... thanks! and yes i did a search, thats how i got conclusions to the shifters...

Yes the B&M edge pro DOES rattle.

Ain't tryin to squash the post but, seriously It HAS been covered to death.

Good luck,

A.

so which one is the best? i dont want to waste my $$ on something that rattles, something that will break~~cuz if i do, and something does happen, then i have to buy a 2nd even better one, and that will be more $$ spent on the same thing... i want to prevent this. and the best way is thru good planning, so i guess so far its either the neuspeed or the skunk2.

I have been using the b&m edge shifter for almost 4 years now... I eliminated most of the rattling with a type-r knob since it comes with a screw (bolt) that tightens it to the stem of the SS. I'm going to add b&m shifter bushings soon. IMO the b&m feels the best and it will never break!
