Life after bolt ons.

I just got my 97 Integra GSR a couple of weeks ago. I already ordered an AEM short ram intake that should be here sometime next week. My next mods on the list are the following:

1. RS*R EXMAG Catback exhaust
2. Car Sound high flow cat
3. DC Headers 4-2-1

After this I plan on lowering my car. I haven't decided whether I want to use lowering springs or coilovers. This will be my daily driver and I won't be going to the track or anything like that so most likely I'll get springs for comfort. But after all this, what comes next? I heard cams. What do you guys think? What have some of you done? Thanks!!

coilover/lowering springs are pretty much the same thing. but if you want more comfort, go for a whole suspension package by tein or neuspeed or whatever, comes with dampers or struts and everything to make your car more comfortable/handle better when its lowered, but is significantly more expensive. as for the headers, i'd look for 4-1 instead of 4-2-1, gives better top end power.

here's my honest opinion. if you are not planning to do any serious racing, you won't need cams and all that stuff. it would just be a waste of money. i'd just get the car to look good with whatever suits your tastes and maybe some car audio if you like listening to music.

i've gone through this road, upgrading all the bolt-ons already and as i sit right now, i think to myself, i don't really race much nor do i hit the track more than once a year. why am i wasting all this money on stainless steel? however, it is your money so its definitely your call.

ksniperfox - i thought about that, but i wont be racing. this will be my daily driver to work and school. thats why i figured the 4-2-1 would be better since i wont be pushing her on a daily basis. especially since there is a chance that the 4-1 will scrape if i lower her too much

jdmc2ctev - thats true, but i was just curious as to what would come next if i do decide to take it a step further. i definitely want to make her look pretty with a lip, skirts, some nice rims and a new paint job. i also want to drop her slightly. i just wanted to know what comes next if i do decide to take it a step further
