If your up for it get a fiberglass dash, and gut everything out of the interior and I mean everything....carpet, all interior comforts which even includes your door panels, roofliner, all the sound deadener, everything. But you probably don't want to do that, so that leaves, lexan glass windows in the rear, and lots of CF.

rear wiper, tar lining in trunk and under rear seat, ac, intake resonator, under hood reinforcements, bracing in the doors, (not highly recommended) worthless heatshields, swap the cat for a test pipe, spare tire & jack, backseats don't weigh anything so leave them, carpeting, lexan windows, etc.
i don't really recommend these but they're what u asked for. remember that shaving weight also helps handling.

the wiper doesn't weight that much but the motor weighs more than styrofoam and cloth

Everything I could think of, except also there's a worthless (trust me) intake manifold supporting brace, just unbolt it and shave 2-3lbs, it really is pointless. Also the wiper and motor weigh 3-4lbs, the rear seats are 20-25lbs, I'd say the seats weigh more.
