lost motion assembly compatibility

hey guys my friend has a gsr b18 and she needs to get lost motion assemblies for the head now are all the b series LMA's compatible or does she need gsr one's??????

From what I understand you need VTEC ones. Many people have said they used H22 LMA's for performance, but I do not know of anyone who has done it. A lot of pweople on H-T will probably know as they do a lot of these things there.

thepanda is an unknown quantity at this point
you can do it with the honda prelude ones (2000 and up) but the require some modification. (Extra washers need to be added). It is simplier and safer (but more expensive) to use the b18c or type r ones. do not get the b16 ones.
