Low idle 1991 integra

hey folks

this is actually mmHGCRX's gf, i just bought a 91 integra LS and it's got a low-ish idle at around 750rpm, and it makes the car shudder a bit, but it dips down, it's not constantly at the same speed, and can vary plus/minus 50-75rpm. i don't know what's causing it to be that low, could it be that the IACV needs adjusting? help me out please, it's getting on my nerves and i've only had the car for 3 days!
