lowering springs

I would like to know what would be the best way to lower a 90 Acura Integra. I also want to know how hard is to lower your car by yourself. Thanks

Read these links to answer your questions. As for you being able to do it? If you are handy with cars and have the tools it shouldn't be a big deal and can be done in a few hours and Not more than a day.

Repost: Lowering FAQ, just to get things rolling

if you have the right tools it is a piece of cake..

you can borrow spring clamps from pep boys or any other car shop...

other than that, if you have access to an air compressor (a BIG PLUS) then you shouldn't have a problem..

my buddy Tim and i did it in 45 mins =P
