LS swap a b16a tranny?

I have an LS, do you guys think it is better to swap a 1gen B16 tranny, and does it lost my gas miles? I have tranny and Hasport mount , converter already so any opion??

Upside: Better acceleration, Less time downshifting due to the tighter gears.

Downside: Freeway driving will put more stress on the engine especially if your going 80 mph in 5th and the tach reads 4300-4500 rpms. It will also lead to more gas usage due to this.
