Smile ls *****, turbo, nitrous, questions

im picking up a 90 integra Ls. it has 185k miles on it. right away i plans, sway bars, coil overs, struts, seats, steering wheel, turbo, nitrous, turbo nitrous internals, b16a v'tec head. im first doing the handling so i can keep up with the speed, cuz i dont wanna die yet. im putting a t3.42 turbo on it i was wondering what psi should i run it at when i want to race, it has 185k on it so i donno whats safe for it. should i do oil changes more often? i dont plan on putting the nitrous on untill i have the internals and ***** head on it. more the b16a ***** head how does it work like putting on wise? any fabrication? computer? lines being drilled? anything of that nature.

its vtec no dash in the middle

185k is pretty high. Why don't you look for one with lower mileage?

Edit: do a search. Most of this stuff has already been covered before.

rebuild the ls motor or get a new one. low mileage already doesn't last with boost, 185k is certainly not gonna get you anywhere. you should get your suspension, then internals before you add on any sort of forced induction. good luck doing research. ls/vtec is already complicated enough without the boost.

andyou build that and get the turbo and internals i wouldn't recomeend nitrous unless you are just running like a 25-35 shot to cool the air going in. If you want more power just turn the boost up.
