LS/VTEC, auto/GSR swap and Shifting?

A question, has anyone out there done an auto to manual swap in their Teg, any problems. I also did the Frankenstein swap, to go with my GSR tranny swap...oh what a difference i also have a AEM intake and lightened flywheel with a fuel regulator, lowered rims etc...

I am also a just a rookie with manual (only been driving now for a week, but doing fine!) anyways, say i want to race, whats the best way to drive my car the quickest?

With all the money you would spend on a manual swap you could save up a little more and just get a turbo.Thats what id do at least.

actually, with the money you spend with a manual swap, maybe worth it to do a swap to gsr, but my bro also had a 94 civic ls, so your case might be different.
