Ls Vtec (what else to do)

I have a 94 integra ls and i just got a gsr head put on. I was wondering what little things could help me. I was thinking of a "throttle body" with a throttle body spacer. Will the throttle body and spacer do "ANYTHING", if not, what will.

It would help if you upgraded the whole intake system; intake, throttle body, intake manifold. A throttle body alone will not do that much.
