Motor build up, help??

[Gsr95Vtec]

Well im getting my motor built right now, and im stuck on ECU options.. I have a 95 gsr, and I have a P72 in the car and a p28 obd1 at home... Now what I want to know is, what should I do?? Chip the p28 with a skunk2 program or get a Hondata? Im not to fermilier with how Hondata works, do I send them an ECU and they program it or do I have to buy a new ECU off them? If I do send them an ECU wich one should I send them (p72 or p28)? and wich program.. Im doing a N/A setup, but with possible chances of going Turbo later way later... Thanks
