LOL! Are you fella's sure?
The 97-98 JDM B20b = The 97-98 usdm B20b 8.8:1 CR
The 99-00 JDM B20b = The 00-01 usdm B20z 9.6:1 CR
What you should really pay attention to is the CR of the motor. For the USDM versions, you tell by the engine code. It should say B20z. Its a lot harder to tell for a JDM motor. The 9.6:1 CR B20 blocks that have the higher compression have "PHK" stamped on the pistons. Thats how you tell those ones.

lol, well one things for sure, JDM motors don't have numbers after the engine code i.e. B18c not B18c1 etc.

please do a search on this topic. Heres the differences by picture....Im assuming you know the engine codes:
this is a B20B head. they were available from 97-98 (USDM)
this is a B20Z head. they were available from 99-2000 (USDM)
here's a comparison of the b20b and the ls intake manifold...
*pics taken from
http://hybrid2.honda-perf.org/
in sum, use the ls intake manifold to make it fit in ur teg. use ls ecu and make sure that it corresponds to the year of ur vehicle for ease of installation. if u have a 91-95 teg (OBD1 ecu), 96-01 (OBD2).
