My Rims are bent on the inner lip....is there a fix?

I have 2 rims that are not holding air because of the inner lip being offline due to a pothole. I really want to know if a tire shop could help restore the rims so that the tire can be tight on the rim again. Right now they don't hold air. I bought them last year and only had them on my old civic for 2 months before this happend. Now I want to repair them and put them on my GSR for the summertime. What do you think I can do?

my friend hit his with a sledge hammer but they weren't to the point where they were leaking.
