Yeah, try the relay. See if there is power after the relay in the wire when the AC is on. If that is not it, just start poking around. That or take it to a shop and give them money to find it..... I don't like that idea as much.

check the relay...

is the car getting hotter than usual?? If it is, check the theromstat. I am not sure if your year has a thermo switch that engages the fans, but the first thing you need to do is a get a chiltons manual for your car and it will help you out quite a bit. Stay away from haynes manuals, they suck!!! You want helms or chiltons.

You do know they dont run all the time. Actually my fans never kick on unless my car has been idleing un one spot not moving for awhile. When my radiator was busted they stayed on almost all the time, but since it was replaced they rarley come on.

the fans never kick on with out the a/c being on i left it idleing for a good 45 min and they never kick on. as soon as i turn on the a/c about 15 min later they kicked on.what good performance mods can i do this motor side note motor has 156k miles should i even bother or just replace the motor. one of my friend told to get a b18 or a b16. remember this is my first honda so i don't know much about them.

Check your coolant temperature sensor. It might be bad. To check that, get a piece of wire and jump the connector ( the car has to be in the on position, ut not running.) If the fans kick on, that's the sensor you need to replace. And it's really easy to do. Good luck.
