can't tell that car is 13 yrs old. looks like its been taken care of. What are those wires running down the left side of the engine bay? and the ground wire on the valve cove is grounded in the wrong spot. ground it to the stud to the left of the one its grounded to and throw away the bolt that comes out of the hole that its grounded to now. it doesn't go anywhere. right now just the valve cove is connected to the ground you want the whole engine grounded.

Are you shure that I put it to the stud to the left of it? Just making shure that your positive before I do anything to my car that might screw it up. Heres a pic of with my interperatation of what you said. Tell me if where I placed the stud to go is correct. Thanks!

Your ground should be on the stud that holds your valve cover down on the bottom right corner if your looking at it how you have it set in the picture. So just move it over one.
Here's an old ass pic of my engine bay, I think this is right (anyone correct me if I am wrong)
And correct me if I'm wrong, but isnt that just the stock GSR header without the heatsheild? haha. If I were you dude, I'd put the shield back on if you still have it, or junk yard another one.

That one is right. and i always like to have my fluids topped off. if it gets much lower than that your brake light will come on.
