So I check it out and its the rear one (after the cat). I call an Autoparts place...$271...then Acura...$232.
I have a 1996 GSR.
This is rediculuous. Does anyone know where I can find one decently cheap? I really don't want to spend that much on this stupid thing, but I really need one because inspection is coming up and also my gas mileage has detiorated...
I don't know what auto parts store you're looking in, but I got mine at Checker for $45. Don't get one from the dealership or have them do it. It is simple to do yourself.

oxygensensors.com for sure, i got one there....works great, def recommend them, cheapest place around....i recommend getting the more expensive verison so u can just plug in and go instead of having to splice wires
