It's a air freshener made by air spencer. My friend mounted his on the top of the center console and he did use the adhesive. I think he has the squash smell. Love the squash smell.
those freshners are all show no go, they last like a week and cost 10 bucks!

lol my girl got me a cs-x3 when she was back home in hawaii this summer...I just mounted it on top of my dash with the adhesive. The adhesive really doesn't work well though, but it stays as long as I don't touch it or push it. BTW, it smells good and its still works strong up til now :
