Question Out of all the people in these forums there is no one to help me?

I'm still trying to get someone, would be great if the tech guys could help, to tell me where they connected there wires to with the autometer air/fuel gauge. Need to know which wire from the 02 sensor is the signal and what you connected your 12v pos..
Reason being is that I can't seem to get mine to work. Someone told me that the cat had to warm up for a min. or two before the gauge would start to work. I have tyried this and just keep getting blank screen no lights. Except for when I first turn the car on all the lights come on in sequence and then go off and stay off.I just need some guidance to fix my problem. I know its not hard to do I'm just tryin to find someone who has one and can lead me in the right direction. OH yeah by the way I have a 99 GSR. Thanks.:

I'm not trying to be a smartass, but doesn't Autometer supply directions with this stuff? Have you called Autometer and asked them? Failing that, I'd try a volt meter and see which lead is giving 12V. Try a search... this sounds familiar for some reason.

They give you general directons. Does not tell you which wire is the signal. I'm just trying to find someone who would like to help me out. I've joined as a member so that I might be able to share things that I know or look for some help from my teg brothers out there. I mean hell I could just go pay some one 80 bucks to install it and not need any directions and not care how my car is wired, but I enjoy doing things myself if I can. I think most of us are like that. I'm going to get a Helms manual when I can but for now I figured I could get all the info I need from these forums. Thats what we are all here for.
