Noise

2000 type-r with 42,000 miles

My steering wheel makes a whining noise as well. I really only hear it when it is really cold out, around 30-40 degrees F. Not sure what it is either, as my PS fluid is topped off as well, with Genuine Acura Fluid as recommended by the Acura service technician because I want to get the most out of my Acura without risking damage to any part if I were to use K-Mart premium power steering fluid, designed for any engine manufactured from the year 1985 and up.

not sure its the temp or what

I live in Tempe- Arizona.
Today it was a grueling 78 degrees.
Not bad for January - its hell in the summer
Anyway I here the same noise, but only when I turn my wheel while going
slow- backing out of the drive way. I tried the topping off but haven't had any luck so far. I was on some site today (jdmfan) that links to several honda manufacture vehicle reports on malfuntcions of the car and how to fix them, (service bulletins, I think they're called)the only thing was its for civics.
Im sure thre has to be some sort of newsletter like this for integras.
