would it fit the flanges...maybe. but what you have to do is compare the bends in the exhaust. im gona hafta say no it wont fit. plus...i think those 2 cars have exhausts that come out on different sides.

they are on the right. i think the bigger problem would be the hangers. they prolly won't line up. and i think the flange on the cat will be a little big.

My brother swapped a Integra OEM LS Exhaust system into his '98 civic (LS complete swap), and the muffler wouldnt bolt up, and hanger before the muffler for the pipe didnt line up either.. The muffler was about 2" too short to fit to the midpipe. So I would imagine doing the reverse of this (Civic Exh to a LS) wouldnt work either.. But i dunno..

I took the old Apexi axle back muffler from my car (on there when I got it) and put it on my GF's 96 4 door Civic. It doesn't line up pefectly, but a little modificatio0n and now it does. I think for the full exhaust it would take more work than it's worth....

The bends are close, but it wont fit. Ive put an exhaust on my 97 LS and my girlfriends 99 civic, and they are different. Im sure you could make it fit, but why bother? Just get the right exhaust, and have something not ghetto rigged.
