I am currently racing a stock '91' integra (circle asphalt track). I am looking for any tips for power or suspension, but still remaining stock for an acura (and not expensive). It doesn't have to be for the same year or for an integra, but I have no idea what would work and what wouldn't. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
It depends on the rules of the sanctioning body that you are racing in. you can usually do small things like a drop in filter and remain in the stock class. Tires would be the best place to start.
I need to keep it "stock" for the make of the car. It is pretty fast now, but there are a couple of cars that I can't touch...yet I am currently running on Falkins RT 615. That is the tire of choice for just about everyone in my division. I really need to find a way to mess with the suspension, but it seems that its not that easy to add camber to the front end without getting aftermarket or performance parts.
Mods: Huge wing, couple of kanooter valves and oh yes the whipple valve too! Super V-tak, gay stickers, parts that don't work, some mats like Strongman ftl

ITR parts would be very expensive and a waste compaird to the aftermarket suspension setups for that car.
Why not just purchase aftermarket suspension parts?

The ITR suspension is very well designed. I can get 4 struts with rear lower LCAs (which you need) for $300. He can probably find 4 struts/springs used.
This would probably be his best bet if he is trying to use Acura parts. But I don't even know if this would fit on a Gen1 Integra.
Well, I will have to look into this ITR suspension and learn more about it. I ran this car at the end of last season (about 5 races) and am going on the
7th race this season and it has just pick up a bad habit of not turning into the corners very well. And I am having a hell of a time trying to find info about things that I can do with this car. It seems people like to race road courses with it, but not so much just left hand turns.

a 91 is a 2nd gen, and it should fit as the suspension on DC2's and DA's are the same to my knowledge (ITR's are different obviously)
Are you allowed to swap the motor? I mean putting a B18c under the hood is technically stock, just comes out of a different trim level. You could get an ITR header and exhaust too that may give you some more power too.
I just noticed your screen name, I've been referring to you as 'he' the whole time, sorry about that .
If you want to stay with Acura parts, I don't think you will find anything better than the Type-R suspension. The springs/struts together with the rear sway bar will give you noticeable improvements. For the rear stuts to fit you will have to install the Type-R lower control arms too.
BASICALLY, if you want to stay with Acura parts, Type-R everything will give you the best results lol.

I believe that I can swap the motor. I know that there are different engines types for Honda/Acura, but I can not find the engine stamp to tell what is in it now. When I bought it, it was already race ready, so I don't know if it has the original engine in it or not.

Assuming it has the original motor, it should have either a B18a or B18b, which are essentially the same motor.
If you want the best stock, N/A motor, the B18c is the way to go. Id argue against a B16 just because they have no torque.
Mods: Enough to out run Charger challenger SRT-8's
If he is circle track racing then he needs a motor that can run in the high rpm range. There is a girl around my way that races a four door teg on a dirt track with a b18c1 but it is built not heavily but it screams they did some head work cams, springs, retainers, port etc. Also they changed the gearing in the tranny to something ridiculous like 4.8 or 4.9 final drive
