help you what? search for parts?

why not click on search and put in mods you're thinking of and read the feedback on what others have?..

that'll get you off to the right foot...

good luck..

my theory is "if the parts are expensive they have to be good, right?" keep that in mind when your about to buy something

Heh, alright are you ready? Do you have LS/VTEC or just LS with built LS valvetrain?

Pistons - JE (hint N20 goes well with high compression)
Rods - Eagle with ARP rod bolts
Bearings - OEM
Gaskets - OEM
Bore, hone, hot tank and zyglow the block
magnaflux the crank
balance the crank
ARP main bolts
ARP head studs
Oh and AEBS T-Sleeves are suggested by me if you want to run 100 shot direct port N20

Good luck...that should hold you over quite well though a Z10 block girdle wouldn't hurt either.

I'd do the LS/VTEC all motor LS is next to pointless.

You really need to run LS/VTEC or B20/VTEC and run nitrous...I plan on nitrous but thats way down the road and thats only for when I run some of my friends turbo cars if I can't beat them NA... :evil
